I am going to provide an expert opinion regarding the best way to showcase your home, using your own belongings.
I will prioritize the highest impact items to get the most out of your investment.
We will walk the home and evaluate and define the changes needed to made.
If time allows, and with permission, items will be rearranged and decluttered.
Detailed instructions will be provided with notes on all recommendations.
You do not have to implement all the ideas however the more that are completed, the better your chances of selling your home faster and for maximum return.
If necessary, and if in budget, suggestions will be made in regards to any items that need to be added to show the home to its fullest potential.
I am also available to personal shop for these items at a hourly rate.
DECORATING or ORGANIZING CONSULTATION-

When you don't know where to start and need help updating or organizing your home and decor this is the solution for you.
I will embellish interior spaces by using aesthetically pleasing elements.
Finding a style for your space and then transforming it by using colour palettes, fixtures and furnishings, and accessories.
Mood boards with suggested finishes can be created after consult so a cohesive plan and budget can be made.
When organizing and decluttering is needed then we can assess the space and any containers or items that will need to be purchased to contain the essential items that need to be properly stored.
You can start small and focus on one space at a time for decorating or organizing.
I am also available to personal shop for all the decor at a hourly rate which we can work into your budget if necessary.
